At PulseThera, we strive to provide premium-quality wellness products and ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. While we primarily offer replacements, our policy is fully compliant with Indian consumer protection laws.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
We offer product replacement in the following cases:
The product is damaged during transit.
The product received is defective or not functioning properly.The wrong product or variant was delivered.
You must request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
You must provide photos or videos of the defective/damaged item for verification.
Once approved, a free replacement will be shipped to you.
Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, customers are entitled to a refund in certain scenarios:
If a replacement is not available for the purchased product.
If the product received is defective, damaged, or not as described and you do not wish to accept a replacement.
If the seller fails to deliver the product within the promised time.
Note: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after product verification.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or replacements in these cases:
Products that have been used.
Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
Clearance sale items unless defective or damaged.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@pulsethera.in with unboxing photos/videos. Our team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference.
